Educational Outreach Program
GAP’s Educational Outreach Program (EOP) is an assembly for students to provide them with preventative information in areas that may affect their everyday lives within their own environment. The goal of the program is to educate young people of the potential consequences, the importance of respecting others and their property, ways to make their everyday lives healthier, and provide them with alternatives within their environment. Presentations are at no cost to the school and is either presented in the classroom or as an assembly.
This program contributes to our comprehensive gang prevention model and is provided at no additional cost to the schools. The program reaches over 30,000 students per year, and is run through a partnership with the Office of Community Beautification.
