As a part of a comprehensive strategy, GAP can provide case management services, counseling, home visits, and referrals for these children and their families when they are identified through the classroom program. Through a network of collaborative agencies, GAP provides expert help for areas of need outside its competency.
GAP averages one hundred cases per year. For more information on our case management resources or referral process, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (888) 293-9323.
